Q: When will my order be roasted?

A: We roast to order and ship direct from our roaster to you.

Q: How is your coffee packaged?

A: Prime Roast has chosen to ship all of our online orders in biodegradable 12 oz. air-tight pouches with degassing valves to maintain the freshness of our just roasted coffees.

Each pouch is manufactured with a built in re-sealable top so that the coffee will maintain its freshness and flavor.

Our packaging is truly compostable… even in backyard composters. Just remove the zip closure and valve before tossing it in.

Because what’s on the outside is important too!

Q: How should coffee be stored?

A: Coffee will absorb other flavors, it’s best to store your coffee in a airtight, dark, dry place. Not the freezer.
