Our Costa Rican coffee comes in both dark and medium roasts. This complex coffee has the fragrance is apricot and rich earth. When you take a sip, you are first met with a bright snap of acidity followed by smooth chocolate malt and citrus notes.
It is sourced from Tarrazu, a mountainous region in central Costa Rica that is well-known for its coffee production. Farmers benefit from the oversight of a well established cooperative focused on developing sustainable growing methods, protecting the environment, and improving the quality of life for member farmers and the local communities at large.
