Description
Our organic Papua New Guinea coffee can be ordered in either a dark or medium roast. It has medium acidity with a complexity of sweet and spicy notes, including caramel, cocoa, and dark cherry. This coffee is shade grown in rich loamy soil on small farm holdings in Indonesia. It is carefully wet-processed to retain its vibrantly luxurious characteristics. Farmers receive training and assistance in financial management, gender equality, coffee husbandry, and processing standards.
